Payment for Services Policy

Payment for services must be made prior to the session. Services will not be rendered before paying for services. If a client experiences a hardship and is unable to pay for services, they must let the therapist know to discuss options.

Refunds:

There will be no refunds for services rendered.

Cancellations:

A client must cancel a session 72 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. If a client cancels less than 72 hours in advance, they will be subjected to the following fees:

72 hours or more: no cost

49-71 hours: 25% of session cost

25-48 hours: 50% of session cost

24 or less: 75% of session cost

In the event of an emergency, please contact the therapist as soon as possible.
